Few primary schools have skills or support for online learning

As some schools consider remote learning to help stem the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus, Professor Rose Luckin (UCL Institute of Education) warns that “very few primary schools have the sophisticated technology and the IT support” needed to implement it adequately.
