BAME millennials more likely to be in unstable jobs

Young people from BAME backgrounds are 47% more likely to be on zero-hours contracts than white people of the same age, and this instability can have a negative impact on their mental health, finds a study co-authored by Dr Morag Henderson (UCL Institute of Education).
