Scrapping of UK’s Coronavirus contact-tracing app is welcome move

Professor Michael Veale (UCL Laws) comments on how ministers’ decision to abandon NHS contact-tracing app and favour an app widely used in other countries “is a welcome, if heavily and unnecessarily delayed, move”.
