Not restraining ‘bad apples’ in the police is a political choice

In a discussion on police reform in the USA, Professor Kate Cronin-Furman (UCL Political Science) says that not taking ‘bad apples’ in the police system to task means that ethnic minorities know they are not protected and have no rights during times of crisis.
