England’s track and trace system ‘not fit for purpose yet’

On the topic of the Test, Track and Trace (TTI) programme, former WHO Director and Independent SAGE member Professor Anthony Costello (UCL Institute for Global Health) explains few cases are being picked up by it and estimates it will be 2-4 weeks before the programme is ready.
