E-cigarette users should be given help to quit

Vaping is not a safe substitute for smoking, and e-cigarette users should be given the same help to quit that users of traditional cigarettes receive, argues Honorary Professor Adam Winstock (UCL Institute of Epidemiology & Health Care).
