Sedentary children more likely to get depression at 18

Too much time sitting still – sedentary behaviour – is linked to an increased risk of depressive symptoms in adolescents, finds a new study led by PhD student Aaron Kandola and Dr Joseph Hayes (UCL Psychiatry).
