Covid-19 narrative should focus on support, not punishment

A supportive approach based around offering more public holidays next Christmas would be more effective at gaining public support for Covid-19 restrictions than emphasising punishments for rule-breaking this year, says Professor Susan Michie (UCL Psychology & Language Sciences).
