Addressing Earth’s ice imbalance

In a new study co-authored by Lin Gilbert (UCL Mullard Space Science Laboratory), researchers found that up to 28 trillion tonnes of ice melted from 1994 to 2017, and estimate sea levels could rise by one metre by the end of the century.
