Physical activity in lessons improves students’ attainment

Students who take part in physical exercises during school lessons do better in tests than peers who stick to sedentary learning, according to a meta-analysis led by Dr Emma Norris (UCL Centre for Behaviour Change, UCL Psychology & Language Sciences).
