The diet that helps us age healthily

Professor Dame Linda Partridge (UCL Institute of Healthy Ageing) describes what “ageing” involves and talks about what diet is best to live a long healthy life. She also explains that in older age a higher amount of protein helps combat muscle weakness and frailty.
