Questioning the dementia gender gap

Up to 70 per cent of the UK’s unpaid carers of people with dementia are women but Professor Gill Livingston (UCL Psychiatry) wonders if "men are the natural carers and that our society has got it all wrong” because male carers are more detached and worry less than women carers.
