Glasgow’s lower life expectancy not just down to deprivation

Deaths under 65 are 30 per cent higher in Glasgow than in Liverpool and Manchester even though all three cities are similarly deprived. The 'History, politics and vulnerability report' by UCL and NHS Scotland finds Glasgow's health record is "a symptom of public policy failures."
