Nine-year-old Mihika Sharma’s design of a cane with sensors to help visually impaired people won BT’s Primary Engineer Leaders’ Award. Students Dan Mannion, Nedeen Alsharif and Dipen Upadhyaya (UCL Electronic & Electrical Engineering) helped her create the first prototype.
