The impact of cutting carbon emissions on employment

Six million people in the UK are currently employed in carbon intensive industries. According to Professor Jim Watson (UCL Bartlett School of Environment, Energy & Resources) half of those jobs will be “fundamentally threatened” as we move towards cutting greenhouse gases.
