EU needs to reconnect with the public

In her 'Governing Missions' report to the European Commission,Professor Mariana Mazzucato (UCL Institute for Innovation & Public Purpose) recommends the EU engages with its citizens, who can play a vital role in designing and running missions to solve big societal challenges.
