Coalition's voluntary salt limits have been 'public health disaster'

Professor Alun Hughes (UCL Institute of Cardiovascular Science) comments on a study which has suggested the public health 'Responsibility Deal' has not be effective in helping adults reduce salt intake and possibly led to thousands of avoidable heart disease and cancer cases. Read: The Guardian
