Genocide hearings begin at UN International Court of Justice

The Gambia has brought a case against Myanmar due to its treatment of the Rohingya minority within the country, accusing the Myanmar government of genocide. Professor Philippe Sands (UCL Laws), counsel for The Gambia, explains the situation.
