Cargo ship a “low carbon way to travel”

As passengers would have little to no share of the CO2 responsibility on a cargo ship, due to their primary purpose being freight transport, it is a low carbon way to travel, argues Dr Tristan Smith (UCL Bartlett School of Environment, Energy & Resources).
