Parents plan legal action over tests for four-year-olds

A 65,000-signature petition is protesting the government’s new “baseline” tests for children aged four and five, which Dr Guy Roberts-Holmes (UCL Institute of Education) says tests "parents and carers, not schools and teachers, because the children will have just started school."
