McHugh (UCL Infection & Immunity) said of the forthcoming UN summit on TB, 'If
you have heads of state then any measures that are agreed will get much higher
priority,' whilst Dr Marc Lipman (UCL Division of Medicine) highlighted that
shame 'is a major problem' facing doctors and health services trying to combat TB.
