Life skills are important for wellbeing in later life

A study led by Professor Andrew Steptoe (UCL Epidemiology and Public Health) found that five life skills - emotional stability, determination, control, optimism and conscientiousness - play a key role in promoting educational and occupational success throughout life.  Read: The Telegraph, More: Daily Mail, UCL News
