No laughing matter: 'hippy crack' banishes traumatic memories

A study led by Dr Ravi Das (UCL Clinical, Educational & Health Psychology) has found that administrating nitrous oxide after a traumatic event may help to prevent distressing memories from 'sticking' in the brain.
