Scientists reveal there are 3tn trees in the world in latest count

Dr Simon Lewis (UCL Geography) says that a new study which estimates the number of trees in the world at 3tn is important but does not show that there are more trees than previously thought as the earlier estimate had not been peer-reviewed. Read: Guardian
