Archaeologists from UCL and the University of York,
including Professor Mike Parker Pearson (UCL Archaeology), have discovered that
the builders of Stonehenge offered up cheese, milk and yoghurt to their deities
during ancient ceremonies, keeping 'impure' meat for feasting amongst themselves.
