Commenting on Dame Sally Davies's obesity warnings, Professor
Nick Finer (UCL Institute of Cardiovascular Science) said: "Elevating the
problem of obesity to a national risk could help to address the current
laissez-faire attitude to this huge, angry, growing health catastrophe".
