Senior Women In Leadership Development Network launch new mentoring scheme

The Senior and Women in Leadership Development Alumni Network (S/WILD Alumni Network) have launched a new internal mentoring programme to connect colleagues and boost professional development and career progression.

On Monday 29 April, the S/WILD Network Leadership community gathered at Bidborough House to celebrate the launch of the new Mentoring Network scheme. The launch event was facilitated by the Co-Chairs of the Network with Thalia Anagnostopoulou, OD Partner, Learning and Organisational Development, leading a series of interactive sessions. 

The Mentoring scheme is aimed at connecting colleagues in a mentoring relationship focused on positive action by providing a space for professional development, career progression and building relationships with others from across UCL

The S/WILD Alumni Network is the longest-standing UCL Leadership Alumni Network and brings together colleagues who have completed the Senior and Women in Leadership programme to connect and develop. 

The community keeps connected through newsletters and a Teams space and delivers on average five events professional development events a year covering topics on resilience, confidence, imposter syndrome as well as a panel discussion open to all UCL colleagues at International Women’s Day.

The network is sponsored by Director of Organisational Development, Catherine Stow, OD Partner, Learning and Organisational Development, Thalia Anagnostopoulou, OD People Partner, Matt Treadgold and co-chaired by the following colleagues from across UCL, including:
