Gather&Gather launch the autumn/winter 2023 seasonal hospitality menu with sustainable focus

UCL’s renowned catering and hospitality service, Gather&Gather, unveils its exciting new seasonal offering.

The new menu focuses on sustainability with plant-based, meat and fish options. Embracing sustainability, seasonal ingredients, and flavour, the new menu aligns with UCL’s commitment to a greener, healthier future.  

Following their success at the U-Dine Awards, the new menu is primarily locally sourced. The use of locally sourced produce reduces the carbon footprint associated with transportation, while also supporting local farmers and producers.  

Gather&Gather’s Head Chef, Shannon Johnson, enthusiastically described the newly unveiled menu as “fresh, modern and innovative.” Johnson’s words reflect the culinary team’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of creativity and delivering a dining experience that goes beyond expectations.  

The flavours and ingredients used are sure to delight the palates of students, staff and visitors alike.
