12 July 2023

Open Office slots with the Provost are now available from September 2023 onwards – come along to a session to discuss any topic that’s on your mind.

The Provost’s Open Office initiative was launched last year, to let UCL students and staff members book some time to discuss their ideas, queries and concerns with the Provost.

The first set of Open Office sessions saw students and staff from across the university discussing a huge diversity of topics, including ongoing issues with the estate, how to better represent and provide opportunities for BAME and neurodivergent staff and students, ideas for industry and academic partnerships, and career progression for Professional Services staff.

Slots for this year’s Open Office sessions starting in September are now available to book, which you can do using the link on the Provost’s website. The 20-minute slots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, and meetings will generally take place in person, though all accessibility requirements including online meetings will be supported. They will occur once a month up until December 2023. New appointments will be released early 2024. Full information is on the booking page on the Provost’s website.
