Students needed to help at UCL Open Days in June!

The UCL Open Day team is looking for students to help out at our Undergraduate Open Days on 28 and 29 June.

What are we looking for? We are looking for UCL students, ideally undergraduate students currently studying at UCL from all years and subject areas. No previous experience is required as we have a training to talk you through exactly what we would like you to do. You’ll be paid £10.70 per hour and can expect to work around 7 hours per day. Lunch is provided and we’ll also pay you for the briefing session you have to attend the week before.

The role: The main duties include helping visitors with questions and directions, chatting with guests on the day and following general instructions from UCL staff. You may be needed to manage queues into and out of Lecture Theatres and scanning visitors' tickets when they arrive at their talks.

When is it? 28 and 29 June

  • You will be required to attend a paid training the week before (18 June 2–3pm, 19 June, 2–3pm, 20 June 2–3pm

Where is it? UCL main campus.
