Matthew Blain appointed as Executive Director of Human Resources

Matthew will be taking up his new post from 29July 2019. He joins UCL from Boots UK, where he has been Director of HR Operations since March 2015.

Matthew’s commitment to and passion for education led him to apply to the role at UCL. He has been a school governor for the last seven years, and also sits on the advisory board at Nottingham Business School where he received his doctorate in Business Administration.
