Introducing the new student enquiry system - askUCL

Student and Registry Services (SRS) is implementing an enquiry and case management system that aims to replace the use of multiple email addresses and gives students the opportunity to log in, track and update their enquiry as well as submitting new ones.

askUCL

Student and Registry Services (SRS) is implementing an enquiry and case management system known as askUCL. Initially bringing together SRS teams to streamline processes, the system contains a knowledge bank of frequently asked questions enabling students to get the majority of their questions answered in one place. If their question is not answered by the FAQ section, they will be able to log an enquiry through the system which will go to the correct team to answer.

askUCL aims to replace the use of multiple email addresses and gives students the opportunity to log in, track and update their enquiry as well as submitting new ones.
 
We will holding drop-in sessions at Student Enquiry Centre from 29 May to 21 June between 9am and 12pm to give students a chance to preview and provide feedback on the new system.
