What is askUCL?

askUCL is a knowledge bank of frequently asked questions which enables students to find answers to questions relating to anything from course changes to fee payment dates. If you can’t find the answer to your question, you will be able to log an enquiry which will be sent to the correct team within UCL. The new system also allows you to track and update your enquiry.

Where can you preview the system?

Come to the Student Enquiries Centre from 29 May to 21 June between 9am and 12pm.

All students who take part in our feedback session will have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 gift voucher.
