Tell us what you think of the new staff intranet

The beta staff intranet has now replaced the staff gateway page at www.ucl.ac.uk/staff
 
The new intranet provides:

• Improved signposting to staff information and continued quick access to your favourite websites and systems
• A central task library with clear step-by-step guides to help you complete everyday tasks from booking travel to requesting parental leave
• A central communication channel especially for staff to keep you up to date with news, announcements and opportunities to get involved in life at UCL

The next phases of the project will see us introducing more content and continuing to improve access to key information.

Thank you to those of you who have already given feedback. We’ve made the landing page less cluttered, added more shortcuts to key systems and improved the task search as a result of your input.

We’re now running a survey to gather more information on how you use the intranet to help us plan for future phases. The survey should take only ten minutes to complete.
