The new staff intranet goes live on 11 July

We are pleased to announce that the new staff intranet will replace the current staff gateway page on Thursday 11 July.

The new intranet provides:

  • Improved signposting to information and continued quick access to key websites and systems
  • A central task library with new clear step-by-step guides to help you complete everyday tasks from booking travel to requesting parental leave
  • A new central staff communication channel to keep you up to date with news, announcements and opportunities to get involved in life at UCL

The next phase of the project will be to add more content and continue to improve access to key information for staff. 

The new intranet will replace the staff gateway page content on Thursday 11 July. We will maintain a link to the old content for a short time. In the meantime, visit www.ucl.ac.uk/staff where you will find a link to the beta intranet – please do try it out and give us your feedback.
