Women in Leadership programmes relaunched
20 February 2019
UCL Organisational Development are proud to offer their popular Women in Leadership Programmes, taking place throughout the academic year of 2018/19.
The focus will be on empowering /equipping delegates to drive behaviour and culture change across UCL, improving self-confidence and influencing strategies, engaging on techniques for transitioning into new and challenging roles whilst increasing collaboration and building stronger support networks.
The new format comprises two interactive face-to-face workshops, provides individual coaching with a new, cutting-edge 360 feedback survey and access to career mentoring and special networks and events. During the programme participants are asked to complete a pre-work section followed up by activities over a 90 day period. This enables women to reflect on learning and to apply the learning into practice.
The team has already delivered successful cohorts and the programmes are in high demand. There are still available places for grades 9-10: Senior Women in Leadership (all day training March 27th and April 23rd) and grades 6-8: Women in Leadership programme (May 30th and June 17th).
The programme presents a rare chance for participants to explore and compare the challenges faced by women in the workplace and build a sense of community. By adapting their influencing strategies to driving change, women can learn from one another, building support networks in order for them to seamlessly transition into new and challenging roles. Each place on the course costs £1450 and candidates are asked to self-nominate after discussion with/ approval from their line manager. Please visit the OD website to find out more.
