New Student Centre: Changes to names and locations of front facing student services

From 18 February, there will be some changes to the locations and names of some of Student and Registry Services’ front-facing student services, as they move into the new Student Centre.
The following services and locations will change:
The new Recruitment and Admissions Hub will be based in G01 & G02 (Chadwick Building). From here all enquiries for Prospective and Applicant students will be managed. Enrolment of students, outside of the main August/September period, will continue to be managed from this space by the Admissions Team.
All current student enquiries, including fees and funding, will be managed from the new Student Enquiries Centre on the first floor of the new Student Centre, by the renamed Student Enquiries Centre Team; formerly known as the Student Centre Team.
The Disability, Mental Health and Wellbeing team, within Student Support and Wellbeing, will be co-locating, with the Student Enquiries Centre Team, to the new Student Centre. Daily drop-in sessions will now be located on Floor 1 to the right of the main Student Enquires Centre.
Students wishing to pay their fees should be directed to pay online at , they will not be able to do this in the Student Enquiries Centre. If they have any issues they should email or call Student Fees on 020 3108 7284.
