Student entrepreneur launches crowdfunding campaign to develop ethical man bag

An enterprising UCL student has launched a
Kamran Hussain, a second year Geography student, came up with the idea for the 'HOLSTRAP', 'a safer, convenient and fashionable shoulder bag perfect for your daily essentials and valuables', after his brother bought him a 'man bag' in the shape of a holster when he was 13.
'It looked dreadful, to be honest, yet at the same time it had something "cool" about it. I felt the design needed tweaking for it to work as a mainstream product. Fast forward 7 years to 1016 and I decided to pursue the idea with UCL Bright Ideas Challenge, run by UCL Innovation and Enterprise. I worked on the brand over the summer and just recently launched my first collection'.
