Foreign & Commonwealth Office advice: Travelling to the United States
1 February 2017
The Foreign Office has provided information about restrictions on inbound migration to the United States which may affect some British nationals and also nationals of the following countries: Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Yemen or Somalia.
British nationals travelling to the US from anywhere in the world are unlikely to be affected unless they have dual citizenship with one of the seven countries listed above and are travelling from one of those countries to the US.
UCL recommends anyone travelling to the US should check there are no restrictions on entry before travel.
