UCL Undergraduate Open Day (9 September): staff helpers needed
10 August 2017
On Saturday 9 September UCL will be holding a Undergraduate Open Day.
The Open Day gives prospective undergraduate students (and
their guests) the opportunity to get to know UCL, our campus and help them
decide if UCL is the right place for them to study. There will be a range
of activities taking place throughout day
including academic subject talks, tours, student support services and faculty
fairs.
We are looking for UCL staff to help out on the day. You would be needed from 8am to 4.30pm and a briefing session would be held before the Open Day. Duties could include managing a group of UCL Student Helpers, welcoming and directing visitors around the Bloomsbury campus and getting visitors in and out of lecture theatres. Working at the Open Day is great way to meet prospective students and it's quite fulfilling to see the enthusiasm they have for UCL
Please contact Lisa Schappert (l.schappert@ucl.ac.uk) if you'd like to sign up to help out at the Open Day or have any further questions.
