UCL Academy now recruiting STEM Sixth Form Learning Mentors

Are you passionate about working with young people or looking to get into teaching? UCL Academy, a mixed 11-19 Academy in the heart of the London Borough of Camden, is recruiting ambitious and enthusiastic graduates who will provide an inspirational mentoring service to Sixth Form students.

UCL Academy now recruiting STEM Sixth Form Learning Mentors

Mentors are needed for a range of subjects including, physics, maths, computer science, chemistry, biology and academic literacy. The term time roles due to start in September 2016, have a salary ranging from £21,119 to £23,145 pro rata.

UCL Academy offers teaching staff:

  • State-of-the-art classroom technology including Superstudios, subject specialism suites and demonstration theatres for interactive teaching  talks by visiting academics from UCL
  • Unlimited access to opportunities for self-development
  • Intensive weekly Continuing Professional Learning: 50% of teachers are now enrolled in the coaching programme
  • Laptops & iPads for all staff members.
