Host a UCL Academy student for a one week placement
14 April 2015
The Work Experience at UCL scheme is an exciting opportunity to showcase your department and to facilitate UCL Academy students gain important experience working within the Higher Education sector.

Following on from a successful pilot scheme in 2014, UCL Human Resources and UCL Academy is inviting all UCL Departments who would be interested in hosting a student for a one week placement (13 - 17 July inclusive).
Feedback from the pilot scheme:
Katy worked with one of five, UCL Academy students which joined UCL departments in June 2014 for their work experience placement. Working in the UCL Registrar's Office, Iyesha (UCL Academy Student) was able to get a real taste of what working in Higher Education is like, by getting involved with: the preparation for events and for the Summer School programme; working on social media and communicating information to some of the young people taking part in the UCL Registrar's Office programmes.
Should you be able to assist with a placement, please complete the following expression of interest form: https://opinio.ucl.ac.uk/s?s=36919 by Friday 24 April 2015. Thank you in advance for your participation.
