Wendy Appleby appointed as UCL Registrar and Head of Student & Registry Services

Wendy joins UCL from Queen Mary University of London where she was Secretary to Council and Academic Registrar, a role that included, among other things, supporting the student life cycle from enquiry to award, in addition to delivering governance and compliance functions.
Wendy replaces Tim Perry who retired at the end of March.
Student and Registry Services are responsible for delivering a wide range of services to our students throughout their time at UCL and supporting academic and corporate governance.
Wendy said: 'I am pleased to be UCL's first female Registrar and look forward to working with a wide range of colleagues to improve the quality of the student experience through enhanced services'.
