WebNet: a network for those interested in the web at UCL

WebNet is a new network for those interested in the web at UCL.

 Come to the first meeting on Tuesday 26 June (10am-12pm) to find out about future plans for the web at UCL, user-centred design and searching. 

There will be a chance to say what you think about the web at UCL as well as to meet people interested in the web from across UCL.

The provisional programme is:

10:00: Introducing Web and Mobile Services (WAMS) - a new approach to the web at UCL
10:15: How search works
10:35: Putting the users first - designing user-centred websites
11:05: Coffee
11.15: Discussion groups - what are the top three things you would change about the web at UCL?
11:30: Report back
11:45: Ask WAMS - general question and answer session

Venue: Darwin B15 Biochemistry Lecture Theatre (entrance via Malet Place).
