Staff IT training for summer 2011

We are pleased to announce that new course dates for this term are now available.

Particular highlights this term include our Using Mail in Outlook 2010 and Using the Calendar in Outlook 2010 courses.

We hold regular IT Training Drop In sessions in the DMS Watson teaching cluster where you can come along for individual help with your IT skills and self-study.

Please read the details carefully to ensure that the course suits your requirements and that you have the necessary pre-requisite skills. If there are no suitable dates available, please join the interest list and we will inform you of further dates.

UCL staff are advised that they will need to use their UCL userid and password when booking. This provides us with important details including your UCL email address which we will use to confirm your booking and in all correspondence. Please note that courses are free to UCL staff (i.e. those on UCL payroll and honorary staff only) but there is a charge of £50 for any cancellation made with less than three days' notice, whatever the reason.
