The Spring 2010 issue of UCL's academic review 'Opticon1826' has just been published.

The articles engage with a wide range of topics, from literary ethics to immunisation policies, to the hunt for extraterrestial life on Mars, to name but a few.

Submissions for the Autumn 2010 issue, out on 31 October, are now welcome. Contributions are welcome from all undergraduates, postgraduates and staff, and can be in the form of articles, research notes, commentaries, reviews, images and letters to the editor. The deadline is the end of the day on Friday 3 September 2010. For more information, please contact the editor-in-chief at opticon1826@ucl.ac.uk.
