  • The Second National Workshop on Student Evaluation will take place at UCL on Friday 27 February 2009. The workshop will reflect current discussions on student feedback of teaching in higher, professional and medical education.

    The aim of the workshop is to inform delegates on developments which are affecting higher education and government policy, and to promote innovative practices in student evaluation.

    Activities will include sessions on online evaluations, reporting and presenting data, and making student representation more effective.

    Guest speakers include Lord Young, Minister for Students; Aaron Porter, Vice President (Higher Education) of the National Union of Students (NUS); and Pete Walker, Assistant Director of the Institute for Learning and Research Technology (ILRT), University of Bristol.

    The workshop will be held at the Old Refectory, Wilkins Building, UCL and will start at 10am.
