Town meeting on digital humanities

27 February 2009

UCL will hold a town meeting on digital humanities on 5 March 2009.

The quad, UCL

Digital humanities is of potential interest to members of every UCL faculty. This meeting, supported by the UCL Grand Challenges team, is intended to bring together people from different parts of UCL who may be interested in working on the intersection of digital technologies, computational techniques and research in the humanities and cultural heritage.

The aim is to foster greater research collaboration and explore how to create an infrastructure across UCL to facilitate this.

Staff and students interested in attending this event are requested to contact Dr Claire Warwick (UCL Information Studies).
