UCL alumni have spent six months with the UCL Bartlett School developing the world's largest punchbowl (video, 6 mins).
UCL alumni Sam Bompas and Harry Parr have been applying their degrees in original ways by combining architecture and food. The most recent Bompas & Parr project saw them pull off one of their greatest installations yet: flooding a building with punch in the Architectural Punch Bowl.
Through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership from UCL, Sam and Harry employed the skills of fellow UCL alumnus Nick Westby to manage the project and ensure the structure would hold up. Throw in Alex James (of Blur fame), lots of stunning lighting and a crumbling Georgian mansion, and the result is a mesmerising feast for the eyes.
