UCL's 'shop front' at the Lewis Building on Gower Street has been revamped in coordination with the front windows of 1-19 Torrington Place and 188 Tottenham Court Road.

The buildings' windows now feature colourful graphics conveying the breadth of activity and accomplishment at UCL, as well as the university's new approach to research, as detailed in the UCL Research Strategy.

The installation has been carried out following approval by UCL's Exhibitions Committee, which is now overseeing the use of primary public and exhibition spaces at UCL. It is chaired by the UCL President and Provost Professor Malcolm Grant and its membership includes Professor Michael Worton, UCL Vice-Provost (Academic & International) and representatives from UCL Museums & Collections, UCL Development & Corporate Communications, UCL Estates & Facilities and academic departments.
